Treatment Approach

My clients often come to me feeling stuck in repetitive or intrusive thoughts and uncomfortable emotions. They describe spending too much time in their heads and not enough time being truly present in the things that matter to them most.

I view therapy as a space where we can work together to openly explore the challenges you face and help you move forward. Together we will identify your unique therapy goals based on your identity and experiences, build an individualized treatment plan, and take actionable steps toward your goals.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and flexible. As your therapist, I am here to create a safe and authentic space where you feel supported and empowered to make sustainable changes and build a more fulfilling life. My clients often find that through our work together, they feel less stuck in their heads and more present, connected, and intentional in their lives.
