  • In Couples Therapy the focus is less on the health of the individuals, and more about the health of the relationship. Couples Therapy can be helpful in many ways. We use it to build strong relationships, to repair troubled ones, to deepen and enrich good ones, and to separate well from ones that have , or need to, come to an end. Couples seek therapy at many different stages of their relationship, not just when things feel hopeless.
